their makeup is among the best I've ever used. the moisture veil is amazing!
I will be throwing out my lipsticks from cailyn as even though they are long wearand don't smudge they are challenging to apply and make your lips feel dry and tight, when you rub your lips together they stick. overall it's not a good liquid lipstick

I'm not very happy with quality and customer service. My O!Wow double brush literally felt apart after less than a year of use. I emailed photos of it, but no reaction at all. Pity, I had better opinion about the brand.
