Called to change my auto, home and business insurance over to a new agent of record. I was rudely redirected to a voicemail, left a message and never received a call back. They referred me to there website to complete a form, I explained that I needed to speak to someone to answer a few questions. They insisted I use the website so I chose a different company that served me well. I got my questions answered and purchased new insurance. CAI's loss my gain.
