I had an investment case with a Chinese partner, so I contacted Charlie Cai. What I experienced was shockingly unprofessional. He charged me $1600 as a flat fees, and then drafted me with some online standard template which totally miss to address the main discrepancy. He told me he didn't have time to understand the details and nature of this case, and need another $2000 to be able to looked at the details. Stay away from this law firm.
