BEWARE OF SLUMLORD David Cahill is a disrespectful slumlord. He never makes repairs in his buildings and still expects tenants to pay rent while residing in unlivable conditions, such as no hot water, and holes/leaks throughout the roof of the house. He would threaten my father in law that if he ever calls him to make any fixes to the property he would just tear the house down, leaving my elderly father in law to make any repairs himself while still paying rent on time. Do NOT do business with this man or his relatives.
