Office staff does not return calls, corporate doesnt not either. emails go unanswered, never ever getting in contact. My apartment has flooded Saturday, its now Tuesday & im still waiting for services. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Try having mold in your apartment with loads of evidence and they will sit there and say to your face "There's no mold in your apartment". CAHEC MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST!
This company does not care about it's tenants only the money. I knew before my first month that I couldn't stay in this unit. My upstairs neighbor if you can call them that they are two individuals who have no Respect. They act in a manner as if they live in a single family home. They make noise all times of the night. I went to the office to see if I could pay to move. Every apartment needs attention in Westwood. There is a bad mold issue and plumbing and electrical. They have sent over 3 plumbers to see where the water is coming from and then to the one maintenance guy. This water issue is affecting the toilets. No one has not showed up yet despite me calling 3 times. The one maintenance guy who does not fix anything but hires 3rd parties to do his work.
