Sent letter to corporate office concerning many long happening issues with another resident. Property manager has done everything possible to correct this. Terri Woods has been notified many times with documentation from at least 9 other residents and absolutely nothing was done. I sent my latest letter to CAHEC VP on September 30. To date no response. Office staff does not return calls, corporate doesnt not either. emails go unanswered, never ever getting in contact. My apartment has flooded Saturday, its now Tuesday & im still waiting for services. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
DO NOT RENT FROM CAHEC! WASTE OF TIME! These people do not give a crap if your dying and suffering. Management here @ Abbington Square Apartment Manager Jessica Bullock Is HORRIBLE! Try having mold in your apartment with loads of evidence and they will sit there and say to your face "There's no mold in your apartment".
