A customer of this company for five years. During that time have had three problems with the office in Leeds. Called and ask to speak to the owner. They said would take my number and that he would call me the next day. He did not call. So phoned again and they took my number again to call me. He did not call. So phoned again and was given an email address which they purported would reach him. Instead, it was intercepted by the Leeds office Office Manager. Was a customer of this company for five years. Three of those years had problems with the office in Leeds. Tried to contact the owner but he never returned my calls. Either he doesn't care or he did not get my messages. Probably, the latter is true because the Office Manager said the owner is semi-retired and lets them deal with problems. That is a poor business model. I am no longer a customer.
