They never answer the phone and you cant leave a VM with the new phone system for some reason been trying for months… Update: i was reached out to . And they was able to help me and also get the information they needed to help with the system issue . The lady was really nice that reached out and got me in asap with a appointment.
Imagine calling a patient back and berating them for being upset that their appointment was delayed by over an hour, AND NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO SEE YOUR PROVIDER. “Faith-based” apparently doesn’t mean much anymore. Do better.
I’ve been using CMC for several years, and today I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time. I was unable to stay to see my provider because I had to go back to work. I understand that appointments run late, but it took 45 minutes to be called to the back, and no one came in to check in on me after I’d been set in a room. I appreciate the hard work put forth by the staff, but Cahaba has a lot of growing to do.
