Everytime i go in I always get great service, sometimes they are working on a bike or helping someone else, but its always worth the wait. Shout out to Daniel and Sean, ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE
My order did not show up on time so John offered me a loaner set of his personal tires until mine showed up. I declined the offer but that was a nice gesture.
I see people posting about the great customer service. I've been to the store three times now to look at a bikes and I have yet to have anybody help me at all. Today I went to buy not look and spent 20 minutes in the store without a person even acknowledging my presence. The Trussville store doesn't even compare to the Homewood store where the people were very friendly and helpful

I love the service you get when you walk in to this place of business. Tim and John are fantastic to deal with! I tried purchasing a speed bike from another place and the experience was horrible! I went to these guys for help. Tim and John fit a bike to me. I was shocked at the difference in the feel and ride of the new bike (that was fit for me). These guys have bikes to fit any budget, too!
