I've used the Trussville location since it opened because it is close to where I work. I've purchased a couple of bikes from them and usually have my maintenance done here. Dropped one of my bikes off for a major service mid day last Thursday and was able to pick it up the following afternoon! Service on the bike was top notch and customer service can't be beat. Thanks!
Everytime i go in I always get great service, sometimes they are working on a bike or helping someone else, but its always worth the wait. Shout out to Daniel and Sean, ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE
My order did not show up on time so John offered me a loaner set of his personal tires until mine showed up. I declined the offer but that was a nice gesture.
I see people posting about the great customer service. I've been to the store three times now to look at a bikes and I have yet to have anybody help me at all. Today I went to buy not look and spent 20 minutes in the store without a person even acknowledging my presence. The Trussville store doesn't even compare to the Homewood store where the people were very friendly and helpful
Customer service is great + they get you ready to ride!
