They processed my policy quickly and it was virtual. I got a comparably good rate too.
They are just insurance company. In the name of serving educational community, the are doing their business. No consideration for clients benefit. They cut money in every possible way they can. Usually health insurance information is enough but they waited for original health letter and charge money for that. Deeply disappointed!!! Wouldn't recommend!!!
Great customer service and very reasonable rates. If you are an educator then you can get excellent rates and grants tell them I sent you!
