I had the worst experience with this company. I bought a groupon & was told to go to their site to set up an appointment, which I did. The appointment I took was the last one available before the expiration date on the groupon so I took it. They never showed up that day. I called repeatedly that day trying to find out SOMETHING. Completely unprofessional business, little to no customer service, zero flexibility to accommodate customer needs although they expect you to change your schedule at the drop of a hat. I scheduled this clean several months out, and they rescheduled me a few weeks out. And then they cancelled this second appointment the day before the clean. I was told to go online to find the next available, which wasn't for another month. I had a wonderful experience with Cagney Cleaners!! They are first of all, super reliable. They came to my home 15 minutes before they were scheduled and both were very professional. They cleaned the entire time they were here. Mostly, they cleaned my bathrooms, which were in serious need of cleaning. If I could have had them stay longer, I would have, because the rest of the house needs cleaning as well!
