Caged Crossfit is a great gym for anyone seeking total body fitness. I love the constantly varied workouts! Keeps me from getting bored with the same old routines! The staff is great and extremely helpful and motivating. My performance on the WODs (Workout Of the Day) has skyrocketed since I began and I am in the best shape of my life! I would recommend Caged crossfit to anyone looking to improve their fitness and have fun while doing it!
Caged CrossFit is awesome. I'm new to working out in this type of intense environment and I love it. The class workout style makes for a competitive, camaraderie boosted, fun workout environment. I have learned all kinds of lifts and exercises you couldn't even do at a normal gym. Seeing drastic improvement in all areas. Caged Crossfit has been an enormous help to my fitness. My strength and stamina have increased tremendously in very little time. If you're looking for somewhere to get you not just strong, but fit then i recommend heading to Caged Crossfit in Largo, Florida
