Rude! I called to confirm my viewing appointment (mentioned my name, the apartment address, type of apartment, time of the viewing) and the agent says “listen, if you don’t give me an apartment number I’m not gonna help you”. How unprofessional is that? I then replied, “Ok, please give me a few minutes to retrieve that information” and I go to check my email. Never rent from a Cagan property. I've only been a resident for 3 months and I already regret it. Dryden Place Apartments ("managed" by Cagan) is a stain on the Arlington Heights community. The buildings are infested with roaches they don't seem to do anything about. They claim to have scheduled exterminators that have yet to make it in my door.
