I am seeking to have anyone upset with Cagan, Mr. Daniels, or the owner, Goldman Investments/Hadar Goldman. I caught them rehabbing units without permit or occupancy certification, and pretending to be unit owners offering the illegal units for rent including on Air BnB. t312.509.2071@gmail.com.
If I could rate with no stars I would. Worse management company out there, they rented us a property that they never looked at or inspected so the first day we moved in the ceiling collapsed when we turn the water on. Took them forever to fix that! Any other problem that has occurred they say they will fix it but they don't or they put a band aid on it so that the problem that was suppose to be fixed breaks again it's takes them weeks, months even years to fix an issue you address to them. They treat renters like the scum of the earth. If you live in a building as a renter, be prepared to get treated like garbage. The landlord tenant laws and building code apply to all residents of a town. But, if you rent with Cagan, it seems otherwise.
