I'm currently living at the Cagan property at 6256 W. 64th Pl. Chicago, IL 60638. I have 2 jobs- one is full time (about 50 hours/week), and the other is out of town. I'm never there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. The family in #201 has a small child, that doesn't sleep and makes noise all hours of the day and night- and constantly wakes me up. The man in that apartment lifts weights and slams his dumbbells on the ground at 3am, and they hoard things on their front porch. The tenant in #101 has his TV at full volume all hours... read more
Worst company I have ever rented from in my life. Current tenant. Only care about money as their bottom line. CHEAP “landlord special” fixes for maintenance issues.
Nobody answers their phones during normal business hours, emails go unanswered for days. They'll spam you with messages about (undue) late fees but conveniently don't have any time to address your concerns.
Terrible experience with this mgmt company. Would never rent from them.
