I had a great experience applying for an apartment at Cagan Crossings. Scott was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I came in. He took the time to talk with me, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly, which made the process feel easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Great customer service overall!
Current resident, thankful my lease is almost up, when you read reviews saying the buildings are roach infested, believe it. Pretty sure cagan crossing keeps Massey pest control in business. The rent is sadly more affordable than most places but not worth it when you have to battle bugs daily.
I have lived at Aurora since 2021 and I love my apartment. The building is quiet, and teh complex is close to everything, Walmart, Publix, gas stations, Pharmacies and Emergency Centers. Most recently one of the best features of Aurora is their maintenance team, guided by George, the team is prompt and respectful. Been here since 2019 and have seen.a steady decline. People allow their dogs to poop wherever and when you call office to report it, are told maintenance porter will take care of it. Does NOT happen. Glen pool has issues with algae/has been closed by Health Dept. Landscaping is horrible in areas with dirt and irrigation tubes showing/dead shrubbery. Office not very nice. Maintenance kind of slow. I guess it makes sense there’s too many units for them to attend to.
