Jerry is a wonderful guy. Everyone else especially maintenance sucks. Elevators always broken, my keys ware stuck in the elevator and they blamed us for breaking it. Our cabinets haven't been changed despite being damaged for 6+ years, there's mold that they haven't fixed. What’s the point of paying for valley trash if they don’t pick up your trash bags everyday I understand not getting it on the weekend. But during the weekday come on. I use the correct size bags and they still do not grab the trash on the 3rd floor and it’s not just me dealing with this issue. I’ve had the same trash sitting in my bin for 2 weeks now (my neighbors as well) and my trash can is completely filled with maggots and raccoons keep coming upstairs ripping the bag apart. Thank you to Geo and Hector. My kitchen sink backed up causing an overflow. This happened late at night. Geo came out late, got the problem stable and Hector followed up early the next day with the finish and clean up. Wow what great service. Thanks again!
