My cousin lived here and it was a great complex! It was well maintained and welcoming. Office staff there is great, makes you feel like family! Great location right off 27 and lots of dining options in near by area
The community is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location close to everything. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always quick to help when needed. The amenities are a great bonus too. Overall, it’s a comfortable place that really feels like home. Would definitely recommend!

He took the time to talk with me, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly, which made the process feel easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Great customer service overall!
Current resident, thankful my lease is almost up, when you read reviews saying the buildings are roach infested, believe it. Pretty sure cagan crossing keeps Massey pest control in business. The rent is sadly more affordable than most places but not worth it when you have to battle bugs daily.
