Bernie the manager very rude!! Even with a payment being processed I hope they find new management because it’s so unacceptable you had no customer service at all no empathy for people nothing I really hope you guys find a better manger who cares for people and their hardship you still got your payment I don’t know why you were so rude and not really understanding

There’s only one woman here who has ever helped me. Outside of that I just found out my financing rate is unethical and astronomically high and the lot I got my car from is now permanently closed. I would sell my soul to get out of this car loan
