I usually have no problems if I need to change my pay dates and such, but this kid BERNIE AYALA who they hired was beyond rude and disrespectful every time I asked a question like I was supposed to know the answer. Yes they are some rude people that work at this finance company. It’s only like two people that is nice and know how to speak to people. But trust and believe this is my last time going through this finance company

Buyers beware. I purchased a vehicle from Chapman Automotive Group while employed with them, and after being terminated shortly after, I discovered it was unsafe to drive with major mechanical issues. Chapman had a recourse agreement in place — meaning they agreed to assume responsibility for the loan if I defaulted — but now they and CAG Acceptance are refusing to honor that agreement. Honestly, my brother warned me about financing through this company and I was very cautious throughout my buying process. But I can say whole heartedly I love CAG and the monitoring device on the car for payments. As someone who struggles with bipolar disorder with horrible impulse control, the monitor ensures that I stay on top of my responsibilities and doesn’t give me a loophole to paying my car payment late. All I wish is that they would help me trade in my car and they could finance me on the new loan.
