Dear Yazmin, Or whatever your name is. There is a hot place for you and your whole company. Instead of trying to help a person who no longer has the ability to work. Knowing your company admittedly put a lo jack on incorrectly and destroyed the GMC computer which I asked for help with but of course conveniently the guy who placed it no longer works for Chapman. The worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle — not just in Tucson, but likely in all of Arizona. If you have the option to go elsewhere, please do. Every negative review you read about this company is absolutely true. I would never recommend Chapman or CAG to anyone. The customer service is extremely unprofessional, and the constant harassing phone calls are unacceptable. One representative in particular, Bernie, who appears to be a manager or customer service representative, has repeatedly harassed me at my place... read more
I do not recommend financing with this company. They have awful customers service, are not willing to work with their customers, in anyway. I've never missed a payment or was late on a payment, its ridiculous.
I purchased a vehicle a year ago and am grateful CAG was willing to help me despite having credit difficulties. I recently had some unfortunate events occur and payment changes needed to be made so, I put my anxiety in check and made the call. I am glad to have spoken with Esmeralda as she was understanding and helped me decide which option would work best. I was so relieved when I hung up, especially when I’m already struggling during this difficult time. Thank you!
