This does not go for the company seriously they really are a money pit. But they have a woman named Esmeralda there who is amazing. Everyone else I've felt with make me never wanna buy from them again cause their a bullshit company but Esmeraldas customer service and concern for my situation made me stick it out
Worst experience, doesn’t know how to answer phone calls or emails. You can’t get ahold of them unless you call the dealership and even then you get told false information and your car still ends up turned off.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CAG READ THE COMMENTS, WE ARE NOT LYING! I strongly recommend staying away from CAG, as well as Chapman dealerships that use them for in-house financing. This has been one of the worst financing companies I have ever dealt with. They install a device in the vehicle that can disable the car if a payment is not made. In my experience, the device even disabled my vehicle when my account was current. This happened over the weekend, and I had no way to reach anyone for help. Bernie the manager very rude!! Even with a payment being processed I hope they find new management because it’s so unacceptable you had no customer service at all no empathy for people nothing I really hope you guys find a better manger who cares for people and their hardship you still got your payment I don’t know why you were so rude and not really understanding
