There’s only one woman here who has ever helped me. Outside of that I just found out my financing rate is unethical and astronomically high and the lot I got my car from is now permanently closed. I would sell my soul to get out of this car loan
Honestly ignore the one star I would give no if it was an option but just wanted to leave a review saying I would not recommend anyone to cag. They will not work with you if you can’t make a payment even if you always been on time they will shut off your car if you don’t make a payment within 3 days. So greedy can’t even give people a week to make a payment. Worst Company in history please save yourself the time!
I’m attempting and trying really hard not to leave a distasteful review during my anger and utmost disgust with the process by which my financing is going. It’s been over two weeks since I signed blank documents to get the deal done and left my hard earned cash as a deposit, only to be told to Come in and sign the updated contract which of course was $50 more monthly than they originally said and I was told again today that the deal was. CAG Acceptance is running a predatory system alongside dealerships, and customers need to be aware. In my case, I put $1,000 down on a vehicle, got approved, and drove off the lot thinking everything was finalized. Not even a week later, the vehicle was remotely disabled so it wouldn’t start, and I was told to return it. This happened before I even had the car for two full weeks.
