Drove 40 minutes to pick up unique corsages for my mom and MIL for Mothers Day only to be handed 2 boring corsage that looked like I got them from the grocery store. When I said, "This is not what I ordered," the lady said, "I know. We ran out and this is all we can do." She said she'd give me $5 back. See pics of what I ordered vs what I got

The florist text me at 10pm the night before for a pick up location change that was much further from my home. Also, the first photo is what I ordered and the next photo is what I received. I do not recommend this shop.

Team was very proactive in their communication but changed the pick up location and time unilaterally. Bouquet was beautiful but had a few roses that were already browning on pick up.

Flowers were prettier in-person than on-line. Excellent delivery. Just a note: they moved from Vienna.

I’ve been requesting a receipt for 4 days now and haven’t received one. When I purchased the flowers I was unsure the gift was even processed because I never received a confirmation email or was told they were dropped off. Each time, I had to reach out to them. I had to ask the party if they got the bouquet. The flowers were incredibly overpriced for such poor customer service. Really disappointed I paid so much.
