Brian Gonzalez and Cesar Perez were absolutely fantastic! They were knowledgeable, courteous, and just overall amazing! I’d recommend them, and Caffi Services to anyone who had a plumbing issue.
Caffi sent a knowledgeable and courteous plumber to my house this morning to find & fix a mysterious clog in the laundry pipes. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the problem and left the place in better shape than how he found it! I appreciate the promptness, the excellent service, the knowledge and the explanation of charges before doing the work. Highly recommend.
I’ve used Caffi Services for my plumbing and HVAC services for eight years. They are always polite, very organized and professional.There are cheaper competitors, but Caffi staff are on time, knowledgeable and experienced. There won’t be unexpected “surprises.” Service Tech Brian Gonzales overcame challenges in servicing older plumbing with proficiency and patience and avoiding expensive alternatives. To me, their professionalism is worth the value of their fees and I recommend them highly.
