I had a good experience with Dr. Cafferata. She took out my wisdom teeth. I was scared but she was kind and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend her.
Dr Cafferata knows what she's doing, explains everything and exudes confidence. She solved my problem and as amazing on following up and even arranged for me to see an out of state Dr while I was traveling. Highly recommended her as an exceedingly competent professional.
Horrible experience! Had a six o'clock appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early only to find a packed waiting room, Sat there for an hour and a half and was getting ready to leave and decided to ask what the hold up was only to be ignored by the staff, I had to interrupt her gossiping only to be told I was next. Fifteen minutes later I am escorted to a waiting room to wait another 45 minutes. This was just for a consult! Dr. Cafaretta finally comes in and her bedside manner was terrible. Dr. Cafferata was very helpful in assisting me with my problem. She made me feel comfortable and confident. She took good care of me.
In all the years I have been going to the dentist and oral surgeon, I never had such a bad experience with a dentist such as with Dr. Cafferata. She has very poor bedside manner and did not even check up on me after my surgery. I was ushered out of the procedure room in such a rush. But she had plenty of time to complete an extensive bill related to the procedure she performed poorly.
Office is very pleasant with professional reception staff. Very comfortable and clean waiting area. My wait time was 15 minutes. I was escorted to one of dental rooms in the facility, maybe 8 or more rooms and the person who escorted me appeared to be a dental assistant or at least was uniformed professionally and when I arrived at the specific room, I was immediately greeted by the dental assistants at which time they began reviewing my information with me and discussing the extraction procedure for my two broken upper fron... read more
5 hrs! For a fifteen minute procedure! What a meat grinding and money making dentist office! Outrageous. And a bit condescending and masochistic in attitude. Not a good combination for a dentist! She just kept disappearing to handle other patients. So, I sat there for over 5 hours. I'm not a difficult patient, hence she was able to do the apricotomy very quickly. Horrible bedside manner. Did not explain or address concern. Spent less then 10 minutes in the room.
