So good to see the Amore gang at Prego. We had a great breakfast with excellent service. We're headed back today.
We recently celebrated our mother's 82nd birthday with Brunch at Caffe Prego. We were delighted to see Leanne manning the hostess table as we have been loyal patrons of Amore for many years. The Irish Benedict was scrumptious and the service excellent!
We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at Caffe Prego. Leeann is the perfect hostess. The menu is full of great options and the setting is simply ideal. In a town with so many great choices, Caffe Prego is the big breakfast success story!
Best Irish Eggs Benedict I've ever eaten. Made with REAL, homemade corned beef. And what a beautiful porch setting! Relieved that Leanne and her team from Amore Breakfast joined Cafe Prego instead of closing their doors. That would have been tragic.
Was excited about former Amore moving into Caffe Prego. Mistake. Service poor and so slow. Waiter ignored us and the place wasn't even that busy. Finally got our meal and breakfast was horrible. Eggs were inedible ( how do you over cook an egg?) and ham was small and dry. Can't believe cook let it out and waiter served it. Horrible. Won't be back.
