My wife and I stopped in here on a random weekend night. It's a rather small place but the tables aren't totally on top of each other. Service was good, but generally adhering to the slower pace of a typical French meal; so avoid if you're looking for something quick. Our meal was generally pleasant but the grilled calamari with avocado was amazing and something we've tried to since make at home with little ability to match the quality of what is served here.

The Carbonara was seriously the best meal I had in NY during my week visit there. The staff was friendly. Plan on going again next trip to NY!
Went with a friend on a Sunday night and we loved it! It was so cozy, the service was friendly, and the food was incredible. The gnocchi bolognese was so fresh and my friend's shrimp and lobster black linguini was beautifully presented and delicious. The chocolate hazelnut dessert is to die for. Definitely recommend.
Closed: We have some bittersweet news. After seventeen years, fifteen in its current location, Caffe Linda has come to the end of its lease. The restaurant will serve its final dinner next Saturday, July 25th.
