I went in right after closing time, and the barista was so kind and welcoming. She went out of her way to make me a latte and offered me some bread, which truly brightened my tired day. Such a lovely experience!
This is the only coffee we drink at home but this shop is hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Some are very friendly and even inspire me to tip, while a few others are rude, short and offer no customer service skill at all.
I saw rats running around at front underneath chairs. Your coffee could possibly be contaminated…
