Very bad customer service. Very rude to customers. – The employees at this Caffe Ladro are so rude to the customers. Do not go to this place unless you want to be treated badly. These days, latte's cost so much, you should have a pleasant experience while you order your coffee, no? Maybe it's a bad place to work and they are so unhappy they take it out on the customers? In any event, they have super bad energy and are nasty to their customers so go somewhere else to spend your money and get coffee.
