most profoundly miserable people – My friends and myself have given this place many chances and despite the fact there staff changes all the time really doesnt help. Bored, uninterested, argumentative staff leaves a bad taste – Rudest staff I have encountered in Brooklyn - you have to go to Manhattan to get worse. The food here is pleasant enough, if unmemorable and unchanging. We have been here several times and never once encountered the same wait staff. Poor, poor, poor service in Brooklyn Heights.... – We've given them so many tries since we do not have much choice for brunch in Brooklyn Heights and every time they've disappointed us and we've decided now that we'll never go back there... NEVER! Their staff changes all the time, no waitresses or waiters stay long enough for you to remember their faces. Excellent italian great price – The cooking here is really good. I got the spinach gnochi with pesto and my girlfriend got the green and white fettuccine with salmon that was made with this creamy tomato sauce, REALLY GOOD!!! Waitress was spacey, not so attentive.
Never Again – We got our food delivered and what a mistake it was. First off, there was a difference in the price between what delivery com gave us and what the total was. We called the store and all we got was an attitude from the manager. I got the chicken fra diablo and it was terrible. The sauce was so acidy and it tasted nothing like fra diablo sauce, the portion was small and for the $13 I could have had a great meal at noodle pudding. Wonderful Decor, Great Variety Of Food – It always amazes me how different people can dine at the same place and have such very different responses. Horrible doesn't come close to describing food and service! Yuck – On a not so busy Saturday night, awful service is one thing. Terrible food on top of bad service is inexcuseable. One person's dinner was cold, another was charged for a larger portion than ordered, and my shrimp pasta was inedible. Though I generally find food on Montague street to be overpriced and mediocre, I decided to give this restaurant a try. I don't reccomend you do the same! Yuck!

User review by dali123 – I really enjoy eating here. We had very friendly service and the food was delicious. Two of us could eat a full meal with two desserts and a salad for $40. Maybe the other member went on an off day.
