Fun when the waiters or waitress know you
Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Went here for Mother's Day and had a pleasant time until it was time to leave. We had an issue with the bill and instead of fixing it, our waitress got an attitude and said "she'll just pay for it" as she stormed off throwing a fit like a child. We asked for a manager, he was worse, and he happened to be the owner. The worst customer service - EVER. The rudest manager - EVER . I ordered Lasagna last night - received bread with my order , that was as hard as a brick. When I called - to let them know this happened - the managers response ~ It was from lunch , and I am not giving you anything for free. I explained I didn’t want it anything for free- she said - then why did you call? Most amazing food and atmosphere
Extremely slow service. Cold entrees. The whole place fell apart because the chef was gone and the boss took over. Staff explained boss is VERY SLOW. So we finally got food. Mine was cold. I explained to the waiter. But got a full price tab. He felt bad. But not bad enough to change the bill. Never again.
