Update: Barista had a lot of attitude today, and had no knowledge of the coffee that was being sold. As a bespoke coffee shop that I’ve trusted for years, I was very upset that the training the staff received is subpar both on customer service and product knowledge. The enthusiasm and passion for coffee that was there is now missing from the staff, and that’s unfortunate. I’m hoping this was a fluke. I think this is best coffee ever. Cappuccino that always I go stop by no matter where I am in New York City lower Manhattan, upper Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens if I wanna drink cappuccino, I’ll just come to this place as I love to try cappuccino I always try to do it myself, but but somehow it doesn’t work either way I’ve tried a lot of places but not test like this.
