Pretty good for a hotel/airport cafe/restaurant store.
I enjoyed the food and the service, but the cafeteria has one major issue: the lighting is far too bright. The lights are so intense that it's difficult to even read the menu on the wall because of the glare. The harsh lighting also creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and can even give customers a migraine or headache. I recommend installing softer, warmer lighting to make the dining area more comfortable and relaxing. I had a terrible day, but I’ll never forget the kindness of a woman who helped me tonight. Her hospitality, understanding, and willingness to assist me are worth more than the nonexistent 280$ hotel room. I hope to return on a better day and spend more to express my gratitude for something money can’t buy. Also, the Chicken Caprese Sandwich was amazing; hearty and tasty. And I don’t even LIKE chicken.
Staff was very nice, thank you for having protein shakes and letting me order espresso in a venti cup over ice so I could have my usual!
Friendly people but prices are way too high. If they lowered the prices they'd make up for it in volume.
