Zupas more like oooopas. We got the berry mango salad and it legit only had 5 strawberries on it. The worker counted them and I asked if we could get more strawberries and she said no that is the policy to only have 5 strawberries on their salads. So we ended up with 5 strawberries and 5 blueberries and a small spoonful of mangoes. At the end of the day you are paying a lot for just a handful of lettuce and a handful of berries.
We had a really nice experience at Zupas, especially as a family. I ordered the Wisconsin cauliflower soup and a grilled cheese, and both were so good. Comfort food done right. The location is fantastic too, right by Thanksgiving Point and the outlets, which makes it an easy and convenient stop with kids. The only small hiccup was that the high chairs could have been cleaner, which is always something moms notice. Overall though, the food, location, and experience were great, and I would absolutely come back.
Great soup and sandwich options. We enjoyed the combos. Grilled cheese sandwich was a winner, although the tomato basil soup was not as creamy as I prefer.
I usually like Zupas, however not the AF location The place was so dirty, every table we went to sit at was dirty, garbage was overflowing & the food line was also dirty & messy The employees are not very attentive & could care less if they get your order correct! I will skip the AF location from now on.
Great soup, nice variety of choices.
