I avoid Zupas when I can. But ate here recently to be kind to a friend and I went where he wanted to go. It reminded me of the MAIN reason I don’t like coming here. All Zupas are the same. Kinda overpriced, but pretty good. I am a fan of their Honey mustard Ham Sandwich. Really I just wanna talk about the dining room situation. It’s the reason for the 3 stars. Just wasn’t that clean when we got in and it really wasn’t a busy part of the day. Like 4-5 pm. Parking is atrocious and limited since it’s shared with in n out. This is my first time ever coming to Zupas. 4/9/2026. Does the food taste good, yes. Are the staff kind, yes. It checks your usual boxes a restaurant should! If you’re looking for something to fill you up, I would never recommend coming here. I found the staff to be kind and really easy to talk to. Got through the line quickly and every person was attentively taken care of. They’ve got efficiency down to a science.
