Placed an order online, said it would be ready in 11 minutes. 25 minutes later there are half a dozen people waiting in line. Only one employee is making food for anyone while 4-5 other employees do anything but actually make food. I'm a fan of Zuppas but would avoid this poorly managed location.
Zupas is great as long as you dont try to call in an order.
i had the best experience here, they are such kind people and the food is bomb. i’ll always come here.
