I am so so so disappointed and feel taken advantage of. I love Zupas but I think that’s over after getting home from picking up over $60 of take out to get home and see our sandwiches with literally nothing more than a string of brisket slathered in sauce and bread - it was a bread sandwich essentially - and same with the salad, just old end of the day lettuce with hardly any ingredients and the soup was big half full. I love this Zupas! It’s better than the Saratoga one. The food is better and the staff is usually nicer here

I accidentally got here 15 min early for my to go order and they very kindly rushed through getting my order while also taking care of a busy dinner line.
Seemed like the employees and hospitality lead were working great together but this place was nightmare fuel when it came to cleanliness. There was urine all over the place in both bathrooms, I was so horrified to touch anything. Fountain drink stations were also very messy and not taken care of. This place could use some Clorox wipes and bleaching.
