Most of the food is great. But they took away the best soup, roasted red pepper lobster. The chicken noodle soup has been WAY too salty the last 2 times we tried it. Couldn't eat it.
I love Zupas! However, tonight I went in to the AF store. I placed my order with the first kid. Then the next employee asked me if I needed soup so I told her again. Then the next one asked me what I had so I told her again. Then the cashier asked me what I had and I repeated again. And then I got home and my Ultimate Grilled cheese was nothing more than bread and cheese. Nothing else on it. Don’t get me wrong, I like the food at Zupas, but this time it was an unsettling experience. What looked to be the “manager” maybe not, was yelling at a girl saying things like “I told you to get the soups ready, I want to slap you”. Now I don’t know if I heard that 100% correctly or if they were kidding around, but the other workers seemed very nervous and concerned about the situation. I Feel bad for these employees.
