Food was actually good but portion size very small for prize. Still hungry after full size salad and I'm 100 lbs with a small tummy

I love Zupas! We come here all the time and have a lovely experience. The food and service is always on point. On this particular day I came in my uniform and Ms. Yessenia was exceptionally kind to me and went out of her way to be of service. With all the mess going on in the news you never know if you’ll get kindness from people while you’re in a police uniform so her kindness was very much appreciated and heartfelt. I have given this place 2 chances, I am done! 1st chance, delivery took over an hour and a half to bring my food and he dropped it off at the front door of my office building. It was disgusting by the time I got it. I sent a complaint online assumed it was their in house delivery person, only to find out , it was one of those food delivery apps with no accountability.
