Drive through too 17 minutes and I didn’t get 2 items in my order and one was wrong. 😑
I came through the drive thru today April 20th and Charlie was so helpful and friendly with a great attitude. Came through with my granddaughter and we are both servers so I know sometimes it’s hard dealing with with the public every day but his customer service skills were awesome . I later found out he was the manager so even more impressed.
I have come to cafe yumm for many years but havent come in a while. I came here just recently and asked for chicken to be added. In the past when i asked for chicken i would get about 3 or 4 long strips of chicken for 2.50 extra. I cane here today and now they give one very tiny scoup of chicken chunks. When i mentioned this the staff told me "they changed the recipie"... last time i checked recipies didnt include ripping people off with the tiniest portion imaginable.
