Cafe Vico Florida weather in September/October may be like living in a steam bath, but there's an upside: No reservations needed at good restaurants & less noise within. It's not a bad trade-off.
I dont know why they called this place Cafe. This place is not appealing to your vision; it is located on a plaza and if you don't know the place I believe you will skip it if you drove by. Great Atmosphere, Delicious Food – I have come back to Cafe Vico time and time again, and it has consistantly been good. I especially recommend the fish dishes, paired with a white wine. During the day, it's perfect for a business lunch, and at night you can go for a romantic dinner. The Tiramisu is the best (and I've had a lot of Tiramisu).
I LOVE CAFE VICO!! – If i had to guess how many "Authentic" Italian restaurants I've tried around here it would be well over 2 dozen.....and for the money, none of them are even in the same ballpark as Cafe Vico. We go for business lunches to romantic dinners. The owners are fantastic people and will gladly have a glass of wine with you after closing!! One of the Best Italian Restaurants – A wonderful, charming restaurant where you are greeted in a warm, friendly manner. The fish dishes are always excellent - particularly the Chilean sea bass. The veal dishes are also excellent. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and give you impeccable service. As an Italian I find their dishes to be authentic.
