I love Cafe USA typically, good home cooked food and sweet staff. The last couple to go orders though have been not so good. Wrong entree once and missing items another time. Today I ordered the Salisbury meal and I’m missing a side, the roll and the onions are also still crunchy raw, not sautéed whatsoever. 😬 Definitely need some improvements in the to go order area.

Ordered food, my order was cancelled without me knowing/a phone call. When I tried calling to figure out what was going on, no one answered. I called several times as well. This was our first time trying them out, we were super excited too because of the variety. Now we will take our business elsewhere.
