Took out of state family to the Cottonwood location tonight. Service was okay, but the food was dry, not even up to Trio standards. Beet salad was horrible and it’s always quite good. Big thumbs down and I probably won’t be going back.

I just went to lunch at Trio and had the butternut squash and ricotta stuffed raviolis. This was one of the best dishes I have ever had! It was absolutely amazing! I can't wait till they have it again.
The food! SO good! The steak was incredible as was the penne pasta. Beautiful and cool interior and fabulous staff. Excited to go again!
