I have been coming to Cafe Trang regularly for over two years, but I don’t think I will be coming back anymore. For the record, service and staff have been wonderful. The food quality has gone down significantly. I usually order brisket pho, and recently all the brisket is really chewy, rubbery, and unpalatable; it doesn’t taste like brisket (ie the nice buttery, melt in your mouth texture that Cafe Trang previously used). Worst sandwich ever ,ordered a garlic beef sandwich that comes with 3 little pieces of beef filled with a lot of vegetables, I didn't wanted a vegan sandwich.... well 1st and last time going there ....
We are from NorCal and always on the hunt for a good pho place. Based on the recent reviews, we decided to try this place and came in around 12:30pm on a Sat. We looked to be the first customers of the day. Guy behind the counter was nice, polite, and tried to help us with ordering as the pricing was a bit confusing.
