We've been eating at Toscano's since it opened... Which is why last nights dinner was so disappointing. The zucchini strips were greasy and slightly burn. We both had the veal tuscano, which I can only think of two things as to why it was so bad... Poor quality veal and/or it was way over cooked. The result was dry, chewy and fibery. Terrible...
