We were in town visiting family and assisting a class reunion. The service was great, the food was wonderful, and the employees very attentive. This will be one of places to come eat when we're in town.

Great home cooking. Ample parking and only a 10 min wait at 10:30a on a busy Saturday morning.
Cafe South is a hidden gem that I didn't know about until today. The waitress is unbelievable. She took all 5 of our orders without writing one thing down and bought to the table what we all ordered and gave each one their order. The Stuffed Pork Chop with the dressing and cranberry sauce was off the chain. ( the dressing is in the middle of the pork Chop). The peach cobbler gave me life. I will be going back again and again. 5 stars really isn't enough to give them so let's double it to 10 stars.
We go there about every week. We enjoy it. Most of the time everything from service to the food is exc lent. However sometimes the service can be lacking but not often. The only item that I will say don't get is the banana pudding. My sweetheart and I love banana pudding and have tasted a lot of variations. Theirs is definitely not good. Ewww
