Best congee in Bay Area! This place offers rockin' congee! I've been searching the bay area for two things ... 1.) a place that serves good congee w/fried donut (you tiao) and 2.) a place that opens before 11am. Cafe Salina meets both requirements and is definetly worth waking up for. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. PROS: Great service, great food CONS:

Was having dim sum for 2 consecutive days in different restaurant. This is the best dim sum I have ever tried in Bay Area! Service was good, overall best experience
We went looking for somewhere we hadn’t been before. We stumbled upon this place because it said Dim Sum all day!! It wasn’t busy but it was also in between lunch and dinner. We ordered several of our fav dishes and they came quickly and they were freshly made! Hit every spot!!! We also ordered 2 dishes to go for later. We will definitely be back.
