Hopefull restaurant We have breakfast at cafe saint amand (almost) every Saturday. The food is outstanding, and our waitress, Hope, is attentive and takes good care of us.A minor complaint:: the restaurant is supposed to open at 7:30 but sometimes open late. Not a problem now, but in January and February...
Quel trésor ! We happened upon CSA on a little road trip and have now made it a destination! We enjoyed brunch one Sunday morning, returned with friends to sample the dinner menu before the week was through, and since drive about an hour whenever we both want a nice meal that we know we'll enjoy. The Cafe Saint-Amand serves great food which is both delicious and unlike that offered elsewhere in Gettysburg. The staff is very friendly, and the chef highly skilled. Soups have a velvety texture and are bursting with flavor. Do not miss the Monte Cristo sandwich for lunch nor the delicious omelets and croissants for breakfast.
