all was good except the cook! my pasta under cooked, husband pasta overcooked, my gravy good, his, not so good....service, price, etc was all good...but...ya gotta serve good food!

We've gone for lunch many times and always love it. Tonight we went to Cafe Roma for dinner, and it was amazing! Everything we chose was delicious, they treated us like royalty, and the head chef made sure everything was perfect. This is an amazing gem of a restaurant not just for Elgin but anywhere! (Only complaint: It gets loud in there at lunch time but was much better at dinner.)
