To say this place is beyond unprofessional and unorganized is an understatement. Waited for almost 2 HOURS for a mobile for 1 tortilla soup. After finally getting it the soup had nothing but broth and chicken. No guac no pico no cilantro no cheese no tortilla strips. I know that nothing will come of this because cafe rio never rights their wrongs but this was so disappointing. Thank goodness we were here for a vacation and will not have to return to this location.
Food was fine, but this location was not able to handle the Friday night rush. Waited an hour for my food. I thought ordering online might somehow be better than waiting in line, but turned out to be a 30 min wait on next available takeout, and then it was 30 min late. I know from experience working food that it can be brutal when there’s a game night etc. But they definitely needed either more staff, more efficient training for rush, or both. This location should be an embarrassment to Cafe Rio in general. It is terrible!!! Horribly slow with 3 people working no one of them know what the crap is actually going on. Wait times are well over an hour. Ordering online is pointless because you will wait over an hour after hour pick up time
