Liked it more than enough to want to come back. My enchiladas were good, if kind of small. I was envious of my wife's burrito; she at least left feeling full. The raspberry tea tasted more like water than anything; I dumped it out. The Mint Limeade more than made up for it though: absolute deliciousness! It seems the key to Cafe Rio is knowing what to order; order right, and you'll be very pleased.

This place was very sloppy. The trash overflowed and the containers of food were empty. The music playing was extremely loud. I will not come back nor recommend it to anyone!
The food is always pretty good but they are so slow and sometimes get your order wrong. It's not the cleanest cafe rio but it is older too..
I wish they would open more locations because this food is delicious! Can't go wrong with almost anything on the menu. Careful... it is addicting!
I've been there several times in the evening about 8pm and was told they couldn't make steak quesadillas because they were out of steak for the night.
If there were a half star, this place would be lucky to get that! There were about 15 people working on the clock and the place was semi-busy at best. All the employees were talking to each other and gossiping, singing, messing around in general, no one was attentive, my order sat in front of me neglected while they made other orders and messed around. Hands down the best fast casual Mexican food in the US and maybe the world! My kids love it and I am hooked as well. Get the Fire Grilled Chicken Salad.
Service sucks! Two mistakes in a row, come on now. I saw this lady returning her food because she said it wasn't what she ordered (mind you, we all waited long already cos the line was long). Then I got charged for extra dollar for enchilada style burrito when I said no to it. First of, I didn't really know what enchilada style is, that's why I said no in the first place. But the lady made it anyway. The staff needs to pay attention to the customers' orders or customers need to watch what they're putting on your food!
