The food here is usually good. The issue is they can't get a delivery order right if their life depended on it. I've ordered 4 or 5 times from them over the past two years and each and every time an item was missing. How hard is it to check the order before the delivery person picks it up? Ive never had the inconsistencies with any other restaurant in the area. It’s clear from the other reviews I'm not the only one experiencing this.
Always love stopping in to Cafe Rio when I am visiting from out of town. Never disappoints!
One of my favorite fast casual places. This location specifically needs a deep clean though.
I just order online five minutes ago and Rina she did it for me very fast. Very nice person. Really glad Café Rio has like this person.
I love Cafe Rio but enough is enough. It always take me the longest to order my food because nobody speaks or understand English 🥺 then I look like the bad guy.... at least have the food handler as a bilingual. This has happened more than 5 times... dont think Im returning to this location sadly.
