The food is actually pretty good here. The star deduction is for the employees. It’s frustrating how they treat customers. Unwelcoming, rude, and passive. UPDATE: Decided to try it again. “Large” Guacamole was barely over half way filled. Employees still VERY rude. I said thank you to the cashier, got no response whatsoever, totally ignored.
It’s really disappointing to see customer service decline like this. I ordered two burritos enchilada-style, and when I received them, one had white cheese and the other had yellow cheese. I simply asked why there was a difference, and instead of getting a helpful response, I was told, “it’s at our discretion what cheese is used,” along with a dismissive attitude.
