El tiempo de espera es demasiado para una comida, si no tienen personal trabajando pues contraten más, no quiero que me responda la tienda solo quiero que corrijan sus errores y en realidad hagan algo al respecto, gracias
I had put in a mobile order using the app and I thought I would swing by and pick it up after work. I thought I had picked the correct time but apparently I did not. I was about 5 hours early when I arrived (lol), but the team told me not to worry they had the order and they were able to get it to me in about 6 minutes. Thank you to the cafe rio team and the gentlemen at the drive through for his professionalism. Great customer service and great food.
Sorry to inconvenience you with an easy to go order that was done when I got there... The employees at Chipotle at least smile
Absolutely love the food here but the service is horrible when you go through the drive-thru you sit there for 15 minutes get stressed out and go in just to realize that the manager does not like to use the drive-thru and refuses to use it.
