Ordered food showed up to get it and they said it didn’t show up on there computer so I showed proof of my order and they told me they couldn’t make it and wouldn’t give me a refund. And the woman I was talking to ignored what I was saying and walked away when I asked for a refund.
The past two times I have been here, they don’t bother taking your drive through order. This time I waited 5 minutes (I timed it) and I didn’t even get someone asking me to wait to order. If you won’t service the drive through, at least put up a sign.
I pulled this review a few hours after I posted it, thinking I might have been too harsh, but this morning I started reading through other recent reviews and decided I need to add my voice to this choir, hoping management will hear our song of complaint. My previous review: I know better than to go through the drive through… and I never do anymore, not since Covid, something magically happened during Covid that it became acceptable to only get 80% of the order correct in the drive through line… but I’m injured at the moment ... read more
A little chaotic at the front line. It looked like a shift change and not everyone knew what was going on. I'm sure they were trying hard, perhaps some different scheduling would be helpful. Food was good though!
Food wasn't bad, but I had absolutely zero chicken on my enchiladas I ordered with extra chicken so I was disappointed to day the least. Order was also 10 minutes late from the pick up time I was given.
