Placed a mobile order for 2:10 but my card didn't run the first time, put it in a second time and it worked but the system had moved our pickup time to 2:55. Rushed in at 1:36 to ask them if they could prep it any sooner while I did my grocery grab real quick. Was back at the counter at 2:18 and they had everything prepped and ready. It was greatly appreciated
Order a burrito that comes with fry’s inside and a drink for take out. Fry’s were not there and had to ask for my drink or else I wouldn’t have gotten it. It’s also impossible to reach them through phone. Cafe Rio have really gone down hill over the years.
