This has to be one of the worst Cafe Rios I’ve ever frequented due to repeated lackluster customer service. The staff are not friendly, act annoyed when there are issues with orders and do not work to resolve problems. Staff also are not bilingual and can’t communicate in English. Train your staff in customer service!! To Cafe Rio auto-reply to this review: No, you won't do anything to make this location better. It has sucked for a while now and nothing will change. Your company has gone the way of KFC!!
Door dashed and the dasher said they were closed but they accepted my order
I have always enjoyed Cafe Rio, all locations, but the one on Heber is greedy, they changed their menu so the taco entree no longer comes with rice and beans, they also got rid of the shredded beef option, other locations still come with the sides and have the shredded beef option. How is an entree when you literally only get 2 tacos? The price is still $10 as well, such a ripoff!!
