Food is great but whenever I order it either take over an hour to deliver, or they are always late for pick up. I once ordered and got there 3 minutes after the time they gave me, and they haven’t even started my order yet. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food after ordering an hour earlier. I also placed an order at 10:40 (20 minutes before they close) and I never got it delivered. I truly love their food but the employees are really bad at time management and I have lost a lot if time because of it. Please fix this.

This Cafe Rio is AWESOME!! This Cafe Rio should get a “most improved” award. I’m not sure what’s gone on here, maybe it’s the new “Managing Partner, Leslye Rubio Vieyra” I see listed on the door; but this Cafe is the best you fore you can get in the Heber Valley lately!
