My wife and I love Cafe Rio! We wish they would open a location near us in Georgia. We only get to eat here when visiting the area. We were looking forward to our visit last week, but was sorely disappointed. The food was dry and was old, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. It was not the quality we were used to. We did get hot, fresh chips that had just come out of the fryer, so that helped redeem the trip. We also visited a location near the Vegas strip several days later and the experience was even worse. Cafe Rio is fine but the staff at this location was really frustrating. None of them seemed like they know at all what they were doing, there was zero sense of urgency, they seemed put out when I asked for two scoops of salsa. There were like three people standing around doing nothing and the unkept kid at the register with a fake Gucci belt was asking upcharge questions to the guy in front of me that wasn't relevant to his order.
Now this is my favorite Cafe Rio! Food, service and atmosphere! They are the best!
