One of my favorite quick and healthy meal place. I love their yummy big salads/tostadas, also one of the things I like about this place too ,is that all the ingredients are freshly prepared and served in front of you and you can customize your order in any way you want. Everything they have is fresh and delicious. Love that they make fresh flour tortillas. They also have a good rewards app where you can earn free meal when you collect enough points. Always fresh and delicious
I have been too many different cafe rio locations and this one by far is the worst. Employees seem genuinely upset to be working, no one was moving at a normal pace, we ordered a dessert at the register, and the employee literally laughed at us. Then proceeded to bring us a dessert that wasn’t even prepared. We will seek out a different café, Rio, which is upsetting because we live two minutes away. I understand that today is a holiday, but I also am a service worker and it is too expensive to go out and be treated like that... read more
A really good franchise. I like their food and there is good value there. I particularly like to buy gift cards and take advantage of promotions like more points days. There are some quality control issues at times, occasionally they're almost out of a meat and will give too little but they generally will correct it if you ask them politely.
