Went there tonight and had a crazy experience. Was told they only carry two sauces from now on and that they no longer offer guacamole on their quesadillas. I told the guy when I order online it still offers all the sauces and free guacamole. He seemed so confused. I’m done with this location.
Was so thrilled when this location opened up by my house. First few months were good, but recently it definitely feels like this location is not up to par with any of the Cafe Rios in the area. This location doesn’t have all the sauces. They don’t have all the meats. They also don’t have the quality control either. Always missing items. This location is going on my black list. Willing to go all the way to the Magna location next time I feel like eating Cafe Rio
Austin deserves a raise. Was exceptionally kind, communicated clearly, timely and effectively. Good customer service is hard to find, and he definitely has it. This skill will take him very far in life. Thank you!
Absolutely awful, ordered to go it was supposed to be ready at 6 arrived at 6:04 tell them the name they helped 22 cars in the drive thru and 16 customers at the standard line and made 3 to go orders in that time I didn't get my order till 6:27.. what's the point of ordering ahead if that's how they will treat you.
