I've been to this location twice. My order hasn't been what I ordered once. The first it was a pork burrito with black beans. Enchilada style with medium and hot with pico and lettuce. I got mild and medium sauce. The second time I switched to mild only and salsa instead of pico everything else was unchanged. They only topped it with cheese! The tortilla was so dry without the added sauce that it was almost inedible. The saving grace was the salsa side. I would rather go to Brigham City than ever return to this location.

Pros: - Friendly employees Cons: - Long wait for carryout order placed on the app well in advance - Understaffed - Dirty throughout, especially tables and drinks station - Multiple meats unavailable with unacceptable substitutes - Food made incorrectly and missing ingredients - Overpriced I ordered on the app over 20 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant and had to then sit in the lobby while all of the customers walking in got their food and my order was ignored. This restaurant was offensively bad. I think I am done with Cafe Rio in general, as their food seems to be getting worse and smaller all the time. But this one seemed to refuse to turn on its air conditioning during a particularly hot day, and the tables were not wiped. For the food, the kids meal had just a speckling of dried out chicken on a small tortilla.
