I am a huge fan of Cafe Rio, but this experience was not very good. We arrived at 8:20, 40 minutes before closing, they were out of steak, guacamole, avocado, and many toppings, the staff all seemed to have the attitude of "this day can't end soon enough" I ordered a salad, the lady making it acknowledged my order, starte making it, and then mid process my salad changed into a burrito. I was a regular at this location since it's just a mile from where I live but to my surprise one day the manager accused me of already picking up my online order . When I informed him that I didn't pick up my order yet and that it was my first time being there that day, he rudely told me not to ever come back again. It's disappointing because I was a regular for a long time. I even asked him to review the security video and he refused.
